Once, monthly, quarterly, or a termite check every year.

That is the whole menu at Whitco in Henderson. An inspection comes first, then the tech tells you which of the four fits what is in your house. The estimate is free and carries no obligation.

What each plan looks like across a year

One-time

One visit for a problem that is here now.

Inspection first, then treatment aimed at what the tech found, plus tips to keep it from coming back.

Monthly

A visit every month.

A standing plan for a pest that needs steady attention. The office will say which plan fits once the inspection is done.

Quarterly

A visit every three months.

The one customers stay on for years. The tech books the appointment and tells you when they are coming, and the outside of the house is treated whether or not you are home.

Termite, yearly

Treatment once, then an inspection every year.

Eradication or prevention treatment first. After that, a yearly inspection to keep control in place.

Filled dots are visits, the ring is the yearly inspection. The strip shows the rhythm, not your dates: Whitco books each appointment and tells you when the tech is coming.

“I've been using Whitco since 1997. Should tell you something.”

Dori Wilson, from their reviews page

“If you see anything a week after they sprayed, I called and they came back out.”

Three places the work happens

Whichever plan you pick, the work lands in one of these, top of the house to the bottom.

Pest control

Ants, roaches, spiders, fleas, silverfish, bed bugs, carpenter bees, wasps, mice and rats. Barrier techniques, targeted baits and insect growth regulators, with exclusion for rodents.

Termite control

Inspection, then eradication or prevention treatment with Termidor. Hollow block foundations are drilled and treated, and a yearly inspection follows.

Moisture control

Excess moisture feeds the fungi that rot wood and invites termites. Whitco reduces it at the structure, usually alongside the termite work.
